March was a very busy month at Karin Kay Properties!  April is already shaping up to be even busier!  And that's no joke!

• 2702 16th Street in Bremerton had an offer and was signed around in two days!  Good news for owner Nikki Stone!  Thank you for Tim Stiles for the referral!
• 6836 Helena Court in Bremerton has also gone pending.  Congratulations to Rey and Jennifer Ocampo.
• 8397 McBreen in Port Orchard received multiple offers on the same day.  It is now signed around.  Congratulations to Martin Moore!
